**Description** SAIC is seeking an **AF DRRS Business Analyst** to join our team at the Pentagon. **Job Responsibilities:** + Facilitate scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. + Coach and guide the team on Agile practices and principles. + Ensure the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements. + Develop comprehensive design documentation based on gathered requirements. + Ensure all documentation meets project standards and requirements. + Act as a liaison between the development team, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams. + Facilitate clear communication and collaboration to ensure project alignment and transparency. + Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or impediments promptly. + Work effectively in a hybrid environment with the flexibility to work on-site at the Pentagon as required. + Manage workload and deadlines efficiently with both remote and on-site team members. **Qualifications** **Required Education:** + Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master. + Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. + Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. + Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, and design. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. + Familiarity with Defense Readiness Reporting Systems (DRRS) preferred. **Clearance:** + Candidate must have an active Secret clearance.
